Trussville estate cleanout questions
The most common things folks ask us before booking an estate cleanout in Trussville.
- Estate cleanouts in Trussville are quoted after an onsite walkthrough, based on how much will be leaving the home. The price is set before anything moves, and it doesn't change unless the scope does.
- Rarely, and we don't recommend it. An estate deserves a scheduled day with enough time to be careful. If there's a closing date or a sale on the calendar in Trussville, tell us and we'll work backward from it.
- No. We work inside the home, room by room, at the family's pace. Point out what's staying and what's spoken for, and we handle the rest — including the attic, basement, and garage.
- Usable furniture, housewares, and clothing go to Trussville-area charities first — we can use a specific organization if the family has one in mind. Metal and electronics are recycled. We'll flag anything that looks like it shouldn't be thrown away.
- Yes — J&F Haul and Deliver LLC is licensed and insured to work in Alabama, including Trussville and the surrounding cities. Executors and attorneys can request our certificate of insurance for the estate file.
