- Property cleanouts are priced by volume — how much the unit's contents fill the truck — with the number set before we start, so you can put it straight into the turnover budget.
- Often, yes. Turnovers can't wait, so if the schedule has room we'll get there the same day. Send the address and a lockbox code and we'll get moving.
- No. Every room, closet, and storage area gets cleared from the inside out, and we don't need anyone there in person as long as we have access.
- Abandoned furniture and housewares in usable condition are donated to local charities; metal and electronics are recycled; the rest is disposed of properly. We send photos of the empty unit when we're done.
- Yes — J&F Haul and Deliver LLC is licensed and insured to work throughout the metro. A property manager or owner can be listed as certificate holder on our COI whenever that's required.
