Construction Debris
Construction and renovation debris is disposed of by weight rather than volume, so it's priced separately from household junk.
Typical materials: Drywall, Lumber, Shingles, Flooring, Tile, Fixtures, Siding, Concrete, Brick, Block, Dirt, Masonry.
Heavy materials are included at these rates. Concrete, brick, block, dirt, tile, and masonry are priced by the construction debris tier rather than quoted separately — those loads are exactly why the tier exists.
Mixed loads are priced by what's mostly in them. A garage cleanout with some leftover blocks or tile in it is a standard load. A load that's mostly construction, demolition, or masonry debris is priced by the construction tier. We'll tell you which one you're looking at when we quote it, not after.
Whichever the load is mostly made of. A household cleanout with a few leftover blocks or some tile is priced as a standard load. Once it’s mostly construction, demolition, or masonry material, the construction tier applies. You’ll get the number before we load anything.

Dense materials like concrete, brick, shingles, and dirt can fill a load by weight before they fill it by space. We'll tell you when that's the case as part of your quote.
What can change your price
The load size sets your price. A few things about the job itself can move it — and we account for all of them in your quote, before anything gets loaded. No surprises at the end.
- Stairs — items coming down from upper floors or up from basements
- Long carries — when the truck can't get close to where the items are
- Tight or difficult access — narrow hallways, gates, crawl spaces, steep driveways
- Unusually heavy items — pianos, safes, hot tubs, cast-iron tubs
- Dense materials — concrete, brick, dirt, and shingles, which fill a load by weight
- Sorting and bagging — loose debris or mixed piles that need to be bagged or separated first
- Disassembly — sheds, playsets, furniture, or anything that has to come apart to come out
- Extra labor — large jobs that need more crew or more time
- Special disposal — items that need a separate facility or handling
We come out. You get the price upfront.
No hidden fees, no hourly rate — just an honest number before we start.
