I used J&F to clear out my grandmother's house. It had collected many memories throughout the years. They were very professional, timely, and did a wonderful job. I highly recommend them and will be using them again.
I'm so very pleased with J&F! What would have taken me I'm sure hours they did in less than 30 minutes! I contacted them after 10 p.m and they fit me in the next day! Do yourself a favor and hire them!
J & F Haul came to our rescue! Sellers left a bunch of STUFF in house! These guys are hard workers, good communicators and so professional. I wish i didn't need them again but will be calling them again for sure.
I called J&F Junk Removal Thursday, I had a quote the very next day. They arrived on time and was done in less than an hour.

Vestavia Hills estate cleanout questions
The most common things folks ask us before booking an estate cleanout in Vestavia Hills.
- Estate cleanouts in Vestavia Hills are quoted after an onsite walkthrough, based on how much will be leaving the home. The price is set before anything moves, and it doesn't change unless the scope does.
- Rarely, and we don't recommend it. An estate deserves a scheduled day with enough time to be careful. If there's a closing date or a sale on the calendar in Vestavia Hills, tell us and we'll work backward from it.
- No. We work inside the home, room by room, at the family's pace. Point out what's staying and what's spoken for, and we handle the rest — including the attic, basement, and garage.
- Usable furniture, housewares, and clothing go to Vestavia Hills-area charities first — we can use a specific organization if the family has one in mind. Metal and electronics are recycled. We'll flag anything that looks like it shouldn't be thrown away.
- Yes — J&F Haul and Deliver LLC is licensed and insured to work in Alabama, including Vestavia Hills and the surrounding cities. Executors and attorneys can request our certificate of insurance for the estate file.
