- A house cleanout is priced by how much actually leaves — a few rooms costs less than a whole house — so you're never paying for space you didn't use. You'll have the price after we see the job and before we start.
- For a room or two, often yes. A whole house usually deserves a scheduled block of time so we can bring enough hands and finish properly — call as early as you can and we'll tell you what the schedule allows.
- No. There's no need to stage or pre-sort anything. Point out what stays and we take every room, closet, attic, and garage from there.
- Furniture, housewares, and clothing in good condition go to donation first — local charities and thrift stores. Metal and electronics are recycled. Only what's unusable goes to disposal, and we can tell you roughly how it broke down.
- Yes — J&F Haul and Deliver LLC is licensed and insured to work throughout the metro. That coverage follows our crew into every room of the house, and we'll show proof of it before anything starts.
