The most common things folks ask us before booking estate cleanouts.
- Estate cleanouts are quoted after an onsite walkthrough, based on how much will be leaving the home. The price is set before anything moves, and it doesn't change unless the scope does.
- Rarely, and we don't recommend it. An estate deserves a scheduled day with enough time to be careful. If there's a closing date or a sale on the calendar, tell us and we'll work backward from it.
- No. We move through the home room by room, at whatever pace the family needs. Show us what's staying and what's already spoken for, and we take on the rest — attic, basement, garage included.
- Usable furniture, housewares, and clothing go to local charities first — we can use a specific organization if the family has one in mind. Metal and electronics are recycled. We'll flag anything that looks like it shouldn't be thrown away.
- Yes — J&F Haul and Deliver LLC is licensed and insured to work throughout the metro. It's there for the estate file whenever an executor or attorney needs the certificate on record.
